CompanionLink Professional is a reliable application designed to facilitate the data synchronization between the user preferred organizer program and a mobile phone. Alternatively, the program supports data transfer between various accounts, such as Google, Exchange, or Office 365 Cloud. CompanionLink Professional allows users to instantly synchronize calendars or contacts from the specified accounts to smartphones. The program supports PC applications or Web databases, including ACT!, GoldMine (with dBase, SQL or Firebird), Google GroupWise, Highrise, Infusionsoft, IBM Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook.

Other transfer sources are Palm Desktop, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Time & Chaos, and Zoho. The synchronization is performed only in one direction, from one of the instances mentioned above to a mobile device or another service. The supported destinations include Android phones, Apple devices, BlackBerry, webOS devices, Palm Handheld, Windows Phones, and various accounts. Users can transfer data to DejaCloud, Google, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Palm Desktop, Outlook.com, Exchange, or Office 365 Cloud.

CompanionLink Professional allows the user to select the transfer method, in case he needs to send data to mobile devices. Users can choose to perform the sync through DejaCloud, direct USB connection, via Google, DejaConnect USB, Local WiFi, or Bluetooth. Users can create several sync profiles to facilitate future data transfers. Moreover, the user can easily enable two-way synchronization.

With its light graphic interface, CompanionLink Professional is a reliable and straightforward to setup utility for any users. Users need to ensure the required connection type between the PC and the mobile device and provide the authentication details, then start the process with one mouse click. Moreover, the program allows us to configure additional sync categories manually.

Synchronize Contacts, Calendar, To-Do List and Personal Journal (Notes), alarms and recurring dates, USB, WiFi, Cloud and Google sync options;
Sync PC data with multiple devices like BlackBerry, iPad, or a Google account;
Sync from multiple data sources;
Sync with both ACT! and Outlook, or sync with multiple Outlook folders;
Advanced sync options;
Map calendar activities by type to either the calendar or tasks list on the phone;
Realtime sync between two PC databases.

What is new in version 9.0.9034 (Released on August 24, 2020):

Fixes in companionlink.exe;
Added support for Owner field sync from DejaOffice PC CRM Pro in Multi-User Mode;
Added support for Google Hangout Meeting links from Google Calendar to Outlook location field;
Added support for DejaOffice PC CRM Database to DejaOffice PC CRM Database sync.

Google Calendar "Batch Endpoints - Requires CL 7 b7062 or higher;
Google Calendar "Modern Colors" (2018) - Requires CL 8 b8020 or higher;
Outlook 2003 or lower - Requires CompanionLink 7 or Lower;
Windows XP & Vista - User can purchase CL 9 and then install CL 7.
