Locked Custom Windows 10 installer with tools

Hey guys
I'm trying to make a custom win10 iso but i need to find a way and unmount my m.2 drive so it wont show up on the installer.
I thought if i could add some tools to the installer (i have seen it in a custom W10 iso) i could unmount the drive?
Can someone please point me to the right direction?

What does the custom build has to do with hiding your drive?
