In previous updates that issue didn't happen.
This is happening only with the latest updates of microsoft.
Microsoft always had the way to screw up things from time to time, we all have seen that.
Yes, it might some apps come back and windows defender [partially].
There are some utilities which you can use to remove/disable them if you want too.
DISM++, Optimizer 14.3

Hello Everyone when I install this build in a laptop particularly hp pavilion 15 there's no option to choose from home to enterprise. it will install home version directly , how can i install the other 2 version or choose..

You are doing something wrong

You must be registered for see links

You have to choose the version you want when installation is starting

Absolutely brill this and so fast loading as well on my system, just one gripe really is that when set icons to medium it keeps going to detail view as tried all ways to stop but still does it but apart from that its all good and graphics are highly colurful on my monitor.

Google "Fix Folder View Settings Not Saving". Maybe this can help you. It's a registry fix.
I have same issue with another OS.

Some windows utilities, especially the R_Wipe and Clean causes this problem

Cant check again as accidently deleted the iso and formatted disc as forgot take out when did film to check as use rewritables where can to test these.
