Locked dedi-host payment processing bug

I tried buying VIP, Paypal says it went through, Dedi-host says it's unpaid, so I tried paying again, now there's a double charge, and Dedi-host still says it's unpaid, I checked the forums and it says it can take 48 hours to process the payments from Paypal, it's been 3 days, and no change. The support page for Dedi-host seems to be broken, so this seemed to be the best place to ask for help.
