It is old program and might not work anymore and if it work it is for older cars and we don't know with what cables it will work. It was working with OBD2.

Usually they where with Bluetooth devices connected with a Laptop that supported Bluetooth.
The device was connected with the car and it was sending data at the Laptop with the installed program Delphi or Autocom they are the same with other names.
