I'm unable to download and the pop-up message (qBittorrent) says its a private torrent. I think it was working for 2 min before it disappeared from my downloading list

So many issues with qbittorrent of late.. Try another like utorrent and see

Use uTorrent and you will not have this issue. I had it when i used qBittorent i don't know for other people but i had it and i use uTorrent.
