Locked download from Panopto

I'm looking for software that can download from Panopto, many software can do that unless the content is blocked by the university, I used "video downloadhelper" that can download the blocked contents, but now they are asking for license to use it.
i do not care if I need to download both the board and the lecturer screen (2 videos).
I also tried many extensions in chrome store but none seems to work with blocked contents.
any suggestions please.

from google play? I think I tried, all these downloaders work well * only * if the content is not blocked by the course material.
