Locked Download manager with M3U8 support

Do you guys have anything that can download m3u8 file or fragmented video file? I tried using ant download manager, but it didn't work for me. Right now, I'm using M3U8 downloader from Vovsoft but it's slow as a cart and sometimes can't download any particular file for reasons I don't understand. I'm looking for something that will work almost the same way as IDM or generates a link which I can later add to IDM's list.
