My computer tells me the file contains an 'AgentTesla!' malware. I'm guessing this isnt safe to install...

Typically antivirus software see medicine as a threat/virus...when in fact it is needed to give us our "free" programs

you muwt know that every medicine / gen is seen as a virus
so this is a false positive

I understand that every medicine is seen as virus/malware by the system, but the Windows Security was very specific, labelling the software as 'AgentTesla!'. Got me slightly worried...
