For our members' protection, we dont allow just anyone (don't take it personally) to upload to this site. A user must be known to the community to be able to upload and also be able to support his/her uploads when people have issues.
In order to do that, we set some minimum requirements to become a verified member and then get promoted to the uploader rank. Those include a minimum interaction with the community (400 posts), minimum feedback from the community (200 reactions such as like), a 200 Gb upload in total (so we know you can seed your torrents), and being with us for at least 6 months.
In your case, you only have one of the criteria (time), so you need to "work" a bit on the other three.
I know they might seem like a lot (they really aren't if one is active with the community) but that way we at least try to minimize having our uploads being full of virus and ransomware and people will feel relatively safe to download from here.
