I agree and i will suggest the same to our friend this is what i use. Eset Endpoint Antivirus.

Avira Antivirus offline installer not work, say "need internet explorer 8 or higher".

Unplug all your HDD drivers and leave only the SSD drive.
Try again, when you reach at the part to choose the drive to install windows just format all the disks

I am on a Laptop. Ig, I can disable HDD from BIOS. don't wanna unscrew my lappy and do that stuff. now i have tried 4 times....at the part where i have to choose a disk to install....i always chose ssd....i deleted the whole ssd....and then installed....!! i so wanted to try your build.....having my dinner now....then i will gib it a go once more........

There is nothing wrong with the specific build of @FBConan it was your fault.
1. From the moment a build hasn't windows defender you must install an AV the sooner (if you want my opinion windows defender sucks)
2. Probably you had downloaded something which had a virus

If you want to protect your pc always install an internet security antivirus and buy it, its better spending some money for your protection rather than been hacked.

Yep I understand it was my own fault, what I was asking is what I should do in order to better protect myself, I also agree defender sucks. Is there an antivirus you recommend?

We don't recommend here its up to you to choose, do some search and decide by yourself.

Yes I know that only English is supported, but is there at least a way to have a QWERTZ Keyboard layout used? My keyboard is German layout which uses QWERTZ, so having Windows use QWERTZ layout is needed to be able to use special characters.

This is happening because bluetooth and wifi is removed.
I am going to change a few things in the next Gamers OS build so stay tuned

This build as the title says its made for games
So its reasonable some from the stuff to be missing
c++ you can install it
themes you can add as much you like
Its made not updatable in purpose
