This is my fourth attempt to make heavily-stripped Systems. Network drivers have been kept intact. Dot Net Framework has been maintained. You can change the language inside the system. Microsoft Store and Xbox are there functioning well. I hope you will like it. The system is NON-updatable to keep it more stable and have less size.

Enabling "Set installation for no TPM or secure boot" OFTEN causes errors (This is a well-known issue in Rufus). I think this is due to the fact that the release is already patched and heavily stripped down, i.e. barebone. Just use "Windows Standard Installation" as in the screenshot:
