The following applications will be installed at the first login after the windows installation is finished. You can stop the installation and install the applications manually from the folder: Grimbahir (20 gb) in the root of the iso. In addition, you can remove this folder to reduce the size of the iso. However, you should know that the systems have no integrated applications:

Note: OS has been tested more than once in Virtualbox. To burn it, I personally recommend Rufus tools. All apps are activated and with no malwares.
Note: There are a lot of stuff to make more tweaks on desktop
Note: The Antivirus alerts are because it sees Medicines as unwanted files. The alerts are false
Note: You can start the installation of applications anytime you like. Follow the steps:
Show Hidden Files in Drive C and put the Windows USB in place and just press the "Grimbahir.cmd" (This is a hidden file in the root of Drive C
