I downloaded this and came with a trojan, one of the files was an .exe file that was to download the actual program of 3.99gb which is weird, i cancelled it and my anti-virus was removing about a dozen trojans

Can anyone perhaps explain me how to download from uploadrar.com?

My addblocker is disabled and all I could find that looks correct is the "Direct Link Download" button, which opens a page that says " Hard.Disk.Sentinel.Pro.v5.61.11463.rar " and below there is a "Continue" button.
After disabling my AV, it downloads a file called "Hard-RTMD-AJHGo188dwAAEzkCAE5MFwAGAIWlfNAA.exe" of 4MB (not the mentioned 26MB) and seems to be trojan...

So what is the correct way of doing this?

I've downloaded the file just fine with total of 4 adblocks active + universal bypass + few more stuff to skip and block all the stuff but uploadrar is a suspicious site, I can download because of all that protection but one time I've sent a link to my cousin for some TeamOS software and he got the ransomware from uploadedrar ads, he didn't have enough protection and ran the file that was downloaded before the actual one.

^ Just the "free download" one, then all is blocked and skipped to "click here to download" and then I get the Hard.Disk.Sentinel.Pro.v5.61.11463 packed rar file.
