on last month my laptop infected with Ransomware and all my files (Video, Pictures and important Office Data) Corrupted like is below

Kindly Help and suggest me if any solution for recover my data back.

in a search bar and choose a link to Microsoft website, it should be the first one on the list

The soft mentioned in this article should help removing malware, the chance that it decrypt your data is a lot slimmer as they change the code and encryption keys, still worth trying. I would check is there anything that has a value for me on that drive, put it on a usb pen drive, wipe the drive and install a fresh copy of win/linux. Would check the pen drive with everything in a VM before transferring files back to the system. Hope this article will be of any help for you but don't make yourself a big hopes.

Has anybody heard about .ROGER files? A ramsomeware program made all my files .ROGER. I could not see my files anymore. I tried everything to convert them in the default file name but nothing. So what did i do??? A VERY GOOD FORMAT That's all.

I don't think he will do something.. A stupid program delleted all his files. He didn't do it himself to be able to recover them in anyway and with any program.

If they was deleted it wouldn't be a problem, there is a lot of soft to recover what has been deleted, they have been encrypted.
There are some ways, if computer was offline during encryption process, a key that is know is used and files can be decrypted,
if it is an old code and you have some of encrypted files in original form, you can submit this pairs to Emsisoft, they algorithms
will produce the key that has been used and provide it to you, but that is a lot of IFs Honestly chances are small.
