Problem help with creating new account ( not mine)

hello, as mentioned in the rules i cannot have more than one account, but the problem is that can two people who lives in the same house have same wifi can create seprte account, im scared it will be a problem for me as it will be from same location of if im wrong please guide me. (my brother wants his own accoun on the site )

the answer is no as it would still show as you having two accounts. you can however share 1 account in the same house hold
