How Do I Seed If I Don't Have The Links?

I have so much low
Uploaded:
2 GB
Downloaded:
6.2 GB
Ratio:
0.32
and i can't download until I seed to be balanced, so The last time I downloaded from torrent along time ago, how do I seed since I can't download .torrent files?

be sure no topic opened this before.

I hope it's clear what I am say. Low ratio, and no torrent files to seed. how do I download torrent files to seed ?and increase the ratio?
