How To Download Skype Pictures?

Hello guys, I just want to ask if how to download pictures from skype coz' my friend sent me many pictures but I can't download it. Please help me and also the quality will change instead of 5mb to 800kb

@kenzaki Are you serious? Open the pic/ video then save to your desktop, or where ever you choose. That's it. Easy. Thread is completed.

When you right click there is even a "save to downloads" in which there is a skype folder where pictures etc will go like by default..
I save all the porn @CrimsonPirate sends me there.. Pics and Videos the works...
