Locked How to find downloaded torrent?

Hi there!
Currently my ratio is 0.33, and I want to increase my ratio so that I can again download torrents. I'm willing to do it by seeding torrents that i have downloaded before,but the issue is I want to know which torrents i have downloaded before. Some body help me to find which torrents i had downloaded before so i can redownload and seed them again.
