Thank you for the tutorial now i understand why my seeding dont work because I can only connect using my phone my pc dont pickup wireless connections the hit & runs happened because I didnt have wireless or fibre at hat time only using phone data that is very expensive in South Africa and a state pensioner I had no alternative but to hit & run and because of it I seldom visit the website. we dont have 24/7 connections cheap like in first world countries only this year data prices is cheaper because of fibre .

You said "somehow got below 0.4" as if it was some sort of terrible accident.
You are responsible for that ratio because you downloaded much more than you uploaded.
You have not done enough seeding.
