Locked How to install an icon?

Good evening friends,

Could someone explain to me how to install an / or an icon pack under Windows7 / Windows 10 please?

because for example once unzip the .rar I end up with the following file name:
- High School DxD 8V1 (1) .ico

ok very good but what should I do with it and how to use it?

Right click on an ICON, click properties, then change ICON. OR, get an iPack full icon set, and just run the .EXE and it changes all the icons for you.

Hello everybody ,

For those who wish to do it manually, here is the procedure:

example:

1. Create a: File folder
2. Click on the Properties folder
3. Go to the Customize tab
4. Change the icon at the bottom in the Folder icons categories.
