Locked IDM (error connecting no such host is known)

how i can fix this error, from morning i searched too much but no success. I changed many windows but same error in every windows.

I have lost my network connection to my router. Had to hotspot from my android. Maybe something is going around.

on any file when i want to start download it shows the same error

I think you can try VPN to check wheather its downloading

1st Install This And Uninstall IDM using this:

You must be registered for see links

2nd Install this IDM :

You must be registered for see links

3rd Step: Open Command prompt as administrator and Type netsh winsock reset and press enter......
I hope this Will Fix Your Issue.... Tell me If it works??
