Hi bud this is what I found to work for me.
I am assuming you have no OS at all installed and you are trying to do a clean install.
I unplug all hard drives but the one I want to install to.
I also unplug all usb but mouse and keyboard.
That works for me.
If I am not understanding your issue disregard.

Maybe you have made any mistake while trying to make the bootable usb. Make sure you have chosen the correct partition scheme (MBR OR GPT).

@Iceman96

Go To Manage Pc - Then - Disk Management - Then Right Click On Your Hard Drive (Disk0) For Example

Then Select ( Volumes ) From The New Tab And Have a look on Partition Style is it Master Boot Record (MBR) || OR || Guid Partition Table (GPT)

Because It's Important To Know Before You Make Your Bootable Usb Disk

And To Set Your Boot Mode - Legacy Support - For - MBR Disk || OR || UEFI - For - GPT Disk

Waiting For Your Reply

Maybe you have made any mistake while trying to make the bootable usb. Make sure you have chosen the correct partition scheme (MBR OR GPT).

+1

You must use a UEFI Bootable version of Windows. M.2 AHCI and NVME SSDs do not appear within the BIOS until Windows creates the system partition with the EFI Boot Sector. Even then, the M.2 will only appear as a drive listed under your bootable device list. In nearly all cases it won't appear anywhere else in your BIOS.

Note: You must have CSM (compatibility support module enabled if you're installing Windows with boot from PCIe set as the first option). Also, if your M.2 is not "Clean" then you may need to load drivers in order for your Windows installer to see the drive...mods, sorry for two post :))

I'm using Rufus

It's Excellent

You just Select Your Iso If it Win 10 or 8.1 - It Will Be Automatically GPT

If It is 7 - it Will Be MBR

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Use This Settings In Rufus

Create Bootable Windows 10 USB with UEFI
Partition scheme: GPT.
Target System type: UEFI.
File System: FAT32.
Cluster Size: select the 4096 bytes(Default).

In Format Options, Check both:
Quick format.
Create extended label and icon files.

MY Greetings ?

If these helpful guys didn't solve your issue with the boot sector. I'd be interested to know what happens if you try installing an older OS from your disk drive assuming you have a disk drive. That would at least allow you view any partitions that could be part of the problem. Some stupid SSDs insist on boot and or active partitions being the first partitions on the drive
