On the drive you wish to install Windows. First choose format and then delete and then install on unallocated space

I suggest you to take backup of your d drive and format the entire hard drive and perform fresh installation

You are using the partitions are LOGICAL Partition convert to PRIMARY Partition
Delete the First Partition and Create a New Primary Partition and install.. surely works this one...

Backup the contents of D and then from diskpart, run the command "clean".

The disk will be erased and Windows can now be installed. Make partitions later. (Star)

@romanov80
How many times are we going to talk about this...................
Do you read the replies at the posts?

Format/merge all you disks and then install

@Taurus, @joed4u, @Noor MD, @InaccurateFool have already given you solutions

From the moment you have tried 4 builds and getting the same result something is wrong from you side.
By the way you are not giving plenty details.

Did you try using diskpart - "clean"?
It should work after that.

Edit: clean is different from format and worked for me when I had the same problem of Windows not installing.

What is the disk partition type MBR or GPT? And check whether your bootable flash drive is compatible with GPT or MBR partition type. Check Secure boot enabled or disabled.

I was just about to suggest the same thing, when I had that problem before that was the issue.
The member @romanov80 might have to disable Secure Boot in Bios and use the MBR settings in rufus,
if that's what's used.
I also agree about deleting and merging those partitions, then click the button that says new
after it's done, then try to install windows again.

The error message you get is very clear.
When Windows gets installed it needs to have room to create 2 partitions, one for the EFI boot which you don't have, and one for the normal Windows OS partition, You don't have the EFI boot and Windows CAN NOT create it since there is no space on your disk and that is the error you get.
Remove the partition 1 by clicking delete on the install screen
Q6OMmH.jpeg

and let Windows do its thing from that point on.
Note, that you will lose all data on your current partition but I guess you already know that :p

You may also need text mode drivers for your sata /raid controller.

I think data is already gone if we look at that free space :p

It doesn't matter the system sees it as a partition, it has to be deleted.

@ romanov80
In the installation system window, click shift/F10 to enter the command line,
At the terminal prompt, type diskpart and enter
Then List disk and enter
Then select disk x, where x is the disk number
After the disk is selected, type, clean and enter
After cleaning the disk type, create partition primary and enter
After formatting is complete, type format fs=ntfs and enter
To assign a digital drive letter, assign
Exit to exit diskpart and exit to exit the command line

Refresh the installation system, choose the newly created disk and that's it, the system will install without errors

I am using Hasleo Win to USB to install Windows on Portable SSD, and they work very well. I have been formatting the entire drive first but want to make sure this is a good thing to do, as it will of course format all the cells on the drive. Sometimes I reformat a drive that has Windows previously installed and acting up, and I want to use the drive only for files. Would reformatting wear out a SSD sooner?

Don't worry about ssd wear, that issue is long gone. Just make sure you have saved your files. Well done on trying and learning.
