Well ... I downloaded and installed, there was no optin/promt for selecting language during the installation and it defaulted on Russian ... I managed to change it to english and it's english when I open the software, but when I try to download something I get the pop-up window/promt in Russian again! I mean, what the hell?

Whatever you want to select the language by selecting the option install form setup file.

I used this installation file, not portable and not silent, but I haven't see any option for selecting install language.
As said, I changed language to english, but then on download prompt from Chrome, it's in Russian again.

No worries, I found my way around it
