Same problem. Tried the latest one and still got IDM Corrupt. I tried the Build 5 and still having the same problem. Any last working IDM Build?

I think wait for the next IDM update..
It's bug in this IDM build..

For All those who have not done a CLEAN install and having trouble with popup message
I have done a front end prog that closes IDM if open - copies and runs Medicines file then deletes Medicines file on close

You Must have antivirus turned off when running as any program Medicines will produce a false positive.

Internet Download Manager version updated Medicines [only] [Fake Serial/Corrupt IDM ERROR Fixed]

As IDM changes some pattern and IDM have popup Error
so here is the updated Medicines with updated pattren..
it worked for me 100% fine
