Intuit TurboTax 2023 for Windows All Editions (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Business, and Home & Business)

A Form 1040 return with limited credits is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only (with the exception of the specific covered situations described below). Roughly 37% of taxpayers are eligible.

If you have a Form 1040 return and are claiming limited credits only, you can file for free yourself with TurboTax Free Edition or TurboTax Live Assisted Basic (if available), or you can file with TurboTax Full Service at the listed price.
Situations covered (assuming no added tax complexity):

W-2 income
Interest or dividends (1099-INT/1099-DIV) that don’t require filing a Schedule B
IRS standard deduction
Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
Child Tax Credit (CTC)
Student loan interest deduction
Situations not covered:

Itemized deductions claimed on Schedule A
Unemployment income reported on a 1099-G
Business or 1099-NEC income
Stock sales (including crypto investments)
Rental property income
Credits, deductions and income reported on other forms or schedules

1. Install TurboTax 2023
1a) I accpet the terms.. (NEXT)
1b) Remember Install location (ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax 2023
1c) Sure, Count me in! (UNCHECK)
1d) Install
1e) Launch TurboTax
1f) "Your Product is installed, let's activate it" click X in top right corner
(TurboTax should be closed completely)

2. Open TurboImpot2022C2-Medicines.exe as Administrator
2a) Click the LARGE backward check mark, nothing else.
2b) Select your folder from 1b, press ok.

3. Open TurboTax 2023.
3a) Register Later
3b) Click Help, Check for updates.

NOTES:
- It may be best to delete and reinstall if there are updates.
- If you get TI3021 error, you may be able to open the Medicines and check Error TI3021 and repeat steps 2-2b.

The readme file included in the archive states that this software is Canadian edition of 2023 Turbotax, but your post has no mention of that. Is this software USA or Canadian 2023 Turbotax?
