I was also having the same issue. Only work-around is :

1) STOP app (via task manager)
2) COPY fix to the install folder
3) Create a shortcut for the file IMF_Loader.exe and open the shortcut and tick run as administrator
4) ONLY RUN the app from that shortcut now.

It will be PRO version.
