Locked ISSUE ON UPDATE FOR WINDOWS 11 21996.1

Hlo everyone,
I installed the dev version of windows 11 21996.1 version recently but as my pc was not compatible with the tpm requirement so I installed that bypassing .
I replaced the appraise.dll in windows 11 iso file in the source folder and upgraded from 21h1 to windows 11 dev version. ( so it was not a fresh install)
later on when there was a next level release for windows 11 i.e. 22000.51 BUT!!!!my pc didn't accepted the new update and said that your pc didn't meet the requirement!

I would also like to add that after the immediate upgrade from 21h1 to windows 11 dev I got some update on .NET framework.

following are my questions:-
1) Is the problem is due to not having a fresh install or the tpm requirement itself?
2) Will the new builds released recently of @Victor24 and @FBConan will be updating without the above problem smoothly?

The issue was in the appropriate installer. If you are not tpm 2.0 compliant use the other one, you can use either my posted windows 11 or by Fbconan.
In my case, I posted the non tpm 2.0 windows 11 and the tpm 2.0 compliant installer. And I find no reason if you can upgrade from win 10 to win 11, while from win 11 to higher version isn't working?!

Finally I installed @Victor24 non tpm 2.0 windows 11 and it run very smoothly. May be the problem was not for doing a clean install earlier with the dev version. Thankyou @Victor24
