I'll tell you the truth.
I favor portable apps indeed because I'm running 6 OSs in parallel (all from this wonderful site) and portables save me from installing for each OS.
That's the beauty of portables. Sharing between OSs and USB keys and PCs.

But when portables are not available I can take the pain of installing!

There does not appear to be a problem with the site.
The torrent does has active seeders, including me.

You have not given enough information so all I can do is give you a list of possible reasons for your torrent download problem:

• Torrent client settings
• Anti-virus settings ( including its firewall, if it has one )
• Windows settings ( including Windows firewall settings )
• Router settings
• ISP or other internet problems
• You are using a web client or trying download to a phone.
