Excellent! So many of those Alt keys to memorize, but it's worth it.
I saved that chart image offline in my desktop, and if I need it right away
then I'll just place that image as my temporary desktop wallpaper for
a quick visual reference.

Too bad I can't use Alt key characters for inserting text
onto images inside the Irfanview image editor program. lol

I've used a few on Facebook, such as the Alt + 13 key for ♪

And for typing in Spanish
(when I visit my Spanish forums, or typing in Spanish on Facebook)
I use the following...

Alt + 16o = á (accented a)
Alt + 130 = é (accented e)
Alt + 161 = í (accented i)
Alt + 162 = ó (accented o)
Alt + 163 = ú (accented u)
Alt + 164 = ñ (tilde n)

I don't know. I never thought of Alt + keying for any other languages.
With so many hundreds (or perhaps Thousands) of Alt + key combinations
your best bet would be to open Notepad and play with the Alt + keys to see what
you find. Just be sure you remember what Alt + key combination you typed
and write it down on paper so you'll have it for reference.

Character Map is another way of finding keys for French.
And, as a last resort: installing the French language pack for your system.
I refer this as a last resort, because language packs take up a lot of disc space;
and when you switch your keyboard input over to the other language
while running the Language bar it can hog system resources until you
switch back to the standard English keyboard.
