LOST IT! Finding a specific tutorial

I have downloaded from direct link post a tutorial the other day titled "Customizing Windows OS" (that was the name of the Mega file) I'm sure it was from one of the Admins with a direct download to Mega, but for the life of me I can't find it. I tried the Search and nothing, and I missed to bookmark it. I can't remember if it was @Mr. Spacely , @PasMater @Dark Wolf or @Proteus, it was on the tutorial section but I can find it. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
