Is there any way to get this running on an AMD CPU? I tried following the instructions to the letter, and I received the message: `The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.`

Edit: Due to macOS changes, it's no longer possible to run MacOS in VMWare, the latest it's possible to go is 12.7

Go to the .vmx file on your VM install folder and edit with Notepad, then copy the code bellow at the end of the file and save. I also run AMD. Let me know if it works. It did for me.

I have an AMD CPU, this did not help, when I add your code to the end of the .vmx file... VMPlayer now says the vmx file is corrupt as soon as click on the VM.

You must be registered for see links

Virtual disk? Maybe it will not work with it.
