When I installed it, it automatically appeared as free. 
I also followed the steps with the proxy, but I guess it only works when you already have it as premium, it stays as premium.

Is there any way to reset the activation and reapply this method?
Some time ago I installed Malwarebyes and after a while it went free. I uninstalled it with RevoUninstaller as I didn't need it.
Then after a few months I downloaded it again from here but when I install it, it still comes up as free. It seems to bind to my Mac address and detects that I have a free user.
I would like to have premium again, but it is impossible for me right now to apply this method. Any suggestions?
