Disable realtime AV for a smoother experience
Run the setup and click on the install button (установить)

Once the installer opens, change lang to English if you want

Change the configuration as you like, select auto activation, then click install

why seperate iso for both the version, i request you to post a single iso with 32 and 64 bit combined in it.

some users would like it that way, like myself. I don't have a 32-bit machine so I don't have a need for it So, separating the two would benefit those who only need the 64-bit version.

combining in one would have led to unneeded baggage for people wanting just one version, thought this would be better for most people
In case you're having trouble downloading, I'm going to add a Mega.nz mirror too

edit: it's not an iso btw, just one exe to make things easier (repack)

hmm, it shouldn't be... maybe try with 7-Zip (if you haven't)
the file might've gotten corrupted during downloading, check if the md5 hash matches with the one in the first post (c2545e849975bddd4e5040a563ec1a37)

Thx for your reply but just to clarify - is the renewal automatic or does one need to do this manually?
The reason I am asking is I wish to install this on a friend's pc and they might find that a problem if
they would need to attend to this themselves.

hmm, I actually don't remember if renewal was the default option or not
you could run the Medicines again after, it's present in a temporary directory created where the exe is run
I'll check if the option's checked or not later and get back to you, had moved this file to my backup drive

wise comment! it should be separated since most people can afford having 64-bit PCs.
