It runs, but instantly closes, i tried with and without admin privileges

Try copy the folder "MS Office 2021 LTSC Version 2108 Build 14332.20176 x64 Pre-Activated" to like C:\ and rename it to Office, then try dubbleclick.
File path cant have ant space in it.

Why does my licens say Mondo 2016 ?

Probably you had already installed the 2016 version and you didn't uninstall it.
Better use an uninstaller first.
So uninstall every version of office in your pc and install this one

Fixed and now work great!
I hade to use this option 2 here for completet uninstall:

and now it say 2021 LTSC

Which Medicines would you recommend? I read through the instructions of each of the Medicines, but they kinda messed up my mind lol.
