You can keep office 2019 and install this one too.
You uninstall 2019 and install just this one. Both solution are working. Tested on my pc just to check.
The choice yours.
Better to have only one installed

any differences between the 2019 and 2021 version? I thought the differences only in the version built

disable your antivirus before installation and you will be fine

Downloading... for those people who got alarm in the antivirus, Firstly : if you feared about virus, use legit one. Secondly : Injection/ Medicines/ Medicines always shows red alert in antivirus scan as they modify system files. Thirdly : which I do, if Microsoft Windows Defender shows its a virus, then its a virus. look for alternative, or I buy it. If no option available I install it in my isolated PC where everything is from TeamOS or like like providers
