Thanks for the tip, I have not used any AV so I'm really in wonder what happened, I've since reformatted and just went with safety in an earlier version, Appreciate the feedbackI'm wondering if your anti-virus app is to blame. You could start by doing a forced re-check of the download in your torrent client. It is possible that your anti-virus app altered the saved files during the download.
If the download checks out OK in your client then check your anti-virus app activity log and quarantine folder to see if any related files were deleted or quarantined when you attempted the installation.
If it looks like an anti-virus problem then you'll need to create some internet access or file access exceptions to allow the download and installation to proceed without interference.

I'm glad im not crazy lol i knew i couldn't bee the only one with this issue, thanks for confirming. i ended up getting a version but not from torrent so i wouldnt know how to link really. theres lots out there and if you dont know what to trust , just use a dummy computer to test it out first, or a VM box.What earlier version did you use, can you provide a link please.
