Please how Can install when it's says (the windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact Your support personnel for assistance .) please how to fix?

• Click Start, Run, enter services. msc and click OK. Verify the Windows Installer service is started or start it manually.
• Log onto the computer as local administrator.
• Give Full Control to the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Installer.
• Install vba6. msi again.
• Reinstall Windows Installer.
