iw check some of ur comments...
there is a point why i add so much screenshots guys...so u see how to add or change something..
like theme changing ect ect...

iw check about - cant create new folder

works just fine ...it looks like Driver problem...
and yeah u can have driver problem...when u install driver that have Control Panel...awoid that...install other without control panel..
and sometime it will say driver not installed...but when u check about it...it will be there....thats coz it cant lunch control panel...coz some stuff from system 32 folder is missing...all stuff that runs in background is removed or blocked!!!

and to change icons...dont...u will brake everything..if u dont like this icons...dont use this build....but if u MUST to change them...use tool like ---->> 7tsp gui 2019 ( or do SFC scannow command - but that will brake everything in build )

about lang. prob. - it say English ONLY at the post for a reason...coz its Engl only!! sorry..

IMHO, while using @tomeCar's PMB master pieces, just use them as what have been presented to you. They are beautifully crafted and are smoothly running like a silk. In other words, again IMO, use them OR don't.

Google "edit context menu". There are many tutorials available; there is no need for me to write another.
