Upon opening phone link now it tells me 'This feature has been blocked by your system administrator'

No idea how this has happened, how do I turn it back on Peeps?

I assume you have Windows Home? GPedit doesn't exist in the Home edition sadly...

Open regedit and try HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
Find the EnableMmx key and set it to 1. If it doesn't exist create it as REG_DWORD

If that doesn't work somehow, there are other issues with your Windows edition.
