Locked My downloaded total data is stuck at 48.2GB even if I download >50MB, <5GB

As per my subject line, for quiet sometime, I cannot see my downloaded data count going beyond 48.2GB, even if I download more than 50MB and lesser than 5GB (free leech eligible). Ideally it should count against my downloaded data. Example couple of days ago I downloaded the Adobe one, which is 1+GB, and my data should have counted against my downloads. Just want to raise this in case there is a glitch in the system, or maybe IF it stops once you become a mod/sup-mod?

Can some SA look into it please and let me know if there is anything I need to do, or if this indeed is a bug?

Now, it has been removed and I am not on freeleech anymore. I am sad.
On a separate note, I think few of my accesses have been demoted. Not that I am worried, but just want to be sure if I did anything wrong, and if I did, I would like to make amends.
