Locked My email is blocked?

i went to sign up and it said my email address was blocked. it said i should use a Gmail or Yahoo account, but it WAS a Yahoo one. so i used my spare Google one, but i never use that. why was Yahoo being blocked if it is recommended? or is it just MY Yahoo being blocked? why and how and what do i have to do to get UNblocked?

Ive seen yahoo refused in 4 trys when i tested. GET over it. Use gmail or hotmail and remember your address for TeamOS only

"get over" what? THIS SITE told me to use a Yahoo email. if it does not accept them, then why does it recommend them?
