Locked My PC is not formatting USB while other PCs are formatting USB.

My PC is not formatting USB, while other PCs are formatting USB.
My computer is currently running Windows 10
Gentlemen, please suggest a solution.

What error is it showing?

Sharing screenshot will be lot better to look exactly what problem you are facing and helping in resolving it.

boot a live linux and try formatting the USB in it, if it works, the problem might be OS and you might have to reinstall the OS completely.

if even in linux you cannot format it, then the problem might be with the hardware itself.

how does I/O works? can you copy and move stuffs into and out of the USB?

The mini tool partition formats but when I start making bootable USB from rufus it gets error USB is not formatted, while rufus is working properly on other PCs windows.

I think Winaero Tweaker has an option "Enable USB Write Protection". You can try this also. Also deactivate AV and try again. Also you can try to update Windows. Maybe you have some error on Event Viewer, I'm not so tech to use that (usually).

Try some other installer like YUMI or UUI or Unetbootin or ventoy and see if you get the same error on them too.

if write protection is enabled, then they won't be able to format in other PC too.

Like i previously stated, boot a live linux and start from there.

you will know if the problem is hardware or software and then go down the line accordingly to solve the problem.
