How do I download software from this site? My laptop is new with no software to upload and yet I need to seed, get points then download a software. I need help here. Thanks

And a quick answer to the other part of your question,
No, you don't need to seed without downloading, that is impossible. You need to seed ONCE you downloaded something and its finished, which essentially means let your torrent client run after downloading is done.
The rest are answered in the link I shared above but please keep in mind that helping is one thing but we are a torrent site, not a teaching/learning site. If you have more questions like, how to use a torrent client etc, you can use Google to search and learn. Plenty of guides on the net about everything.

If you want to download use a torrent client.................better install utorrent or qbittorrent.
Download the link and add it to your torrent client.
