Mythicsoft FileLocator is a lightweight and simple-to-use program which enables a user to locate any file from hard drive, using many configurable parameters. Mythicsoft FileLocator Pro allows a user to search a computer for all essential data. A user can search for ZIP, RAR and CAB files as well as for PDFs, Word documents and more. Also, perform searches in LAN/WAN network drives.
FileLocator Pro offers the most affordable way to search user computer for all vital data exhaustively. FileLocator Pro offers unique advanced features for digging out information in even the most obscure file formats. MythicSoft’s FileLocator PRO offers extensive search tools for those who need to dig among a variety of file types and content to find one specific piece of data.
This application enables a user to use regular expressions, whole words, plain text, Boolean RegEx and DOS expressions to help him refine searches, as well as input date, ranges and attributes (archive, folder, system, hidden, compressed etc.). In addition to that, a user can look within compressed files such as 7Z, ARJ, CAB, CHM, ISO, RAR, RPM, TAR and ZIP.
Results are displayed in the main window along with name, location, size, type and modified, create and last accessed dates. Moreover, a user can view search stats such as the total number of found items, overall size, and status, as well as save them to the hard drive in a TXT, CSV or HTML format.
