QuickHeal is basically Indian homegrown trash, it loses to most Free anti-virus suites in detection, false positives, performance impact and features. I'd suggest staying away, it was very annoying to deal with when someone brought me a system with it installed.

Do some research before you choose an anti-virus app.
For proper tests of AV apps, this is my go-to site. Look for consumer products and real world tests. https://www.av-comparatives.org
This site is also worth looking at. https://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/home-windows/
TL;DR If you can't be bothered to do your own research and you want a free app then get Avast or AVG. Or you could stay with Defender.
i suggest you download kaspersky security cloud free, it will give you 1 year of free antivirus protection, just signup with any random email and password after installation.
