Locked No peers

Question please ...

How does one counteract the 'hit & run' stigma?
I have been seeding many files since I received them and now after the longest time I have 3 H&R.
The files have obviously lost their appeal and so there isn't any peers connected.
Have DHT disabled as was suggested.
Anything to try to improve the sharing?

Seed it until its satisfied.
With minimum 72 hours straight.

Plain and simple...

And with possibility not connected, wait staff to response.

track your torrent usage as well as see your stats by clicking on your image on the top of the page and then on your own name. this will take you to your profile page, from there select bittorrent then click seeding this will show the torrent you are 'actively' seeding. if ou closely observe there is the hour glass symbolizing the seeding time period, as well the size of uploaded data.

Thank you for your kind replies and suggestions.

I am currently using uTorrent 2.2.1.
My pc gets turned off at nite so I don't always have the program open.
Setting for no sleep
I'm rather confused - I always was of the opinion that if there are no peers connected that the seeding was not active?
Have never stopped seeding so was surprised that after such a long time the H&R showed up.
I check my stats frequently and if nothing is active for hours on end - I usually close the program.
Trackers: my.teamos - 2 working
Total downloaded (all files) 25.9 GB
Total uploaded (all files) 37.7 GB
Total ratio: 1.450
