Probably leftovers from previous version. Uninstall, remove all and try again. Works fine here

I have tried both repack and regular install and they are both not Licensed.

Version 14.00 works perfectly for well over a year.....

Yes both the setup and the repack version asks for key. Version 14.0 works well though.
