It is a tool for managing, downloading, and installing Office. Office Tool Plus is based on Microsoft's Office Deployment Tool.

Thanks for the share but I tried with different browsers and no luck, with Firefox I get adblock detected after disabling it then you click on the download link witch redirects you several times and so on, with Edge I get file not found.
